The series will involve interviewing a diversified group of individuals involved in youth sports from around the world with an array of qualifications and experiences. Allowing each and every person to share their insights surrounding the role of youth sports parents and the youth sports environments as a whole.
1.V.J.Stanley, an ex Division 1 recruited athlete and a 21 year head coach in college hockey, who formed Balanced Excellence (formerly Frozen Shorts). Coached youth, Middle School, and High School sports. He has presented nationally to numerous organizations including USA Hockey, NSCA Regional, National PE Institute, NYSPHAA Physical Education conference, NYSHS football coach’s’ annual conference, and many more
2.Bobby Puppione, Girls Academy Director at TSJ FC Virginia. I was formerly the Technical Director and Director of Coaching at CUP/Cincinnati United and Cincinnati Development Academy. An USSF A License and US Soccer Academy Director License, and I am a US Soccer Grassroots Coach Educator. I received my undergrad and master’s degrees from the University of Alabama.
3.Steve Payne, Former semi-pro players, briefly played as schoolboy with Charlton Athletic. Pro Licence coach. Worked and or studied soccer in U.K. North America, Brazil, Australia, Netherlands and Costa Rica.
5. Manisha Tailor MBE, QPR’s Academy as Foundation Phase Lead & Company director of Swaggarlicious Limited. MBE for services to football and diversity in sport, UEFA B and Advanced Youth Award and am currently on my A Licence journey. BA Education (Teaching Degree), MA in Leadership, National Professional Qualification for Headship.
6. Walter Clapton 25 years old, Director of Soccer Western PA & U.S. Soccer Instructor.English FA Level 2, Youth Modules 1, 2 and 3 and have also completed the U.S. Soccer “C” License, with “B” License
7. Paul Barry, Arsenal FC Academy U10’s Head Coach, A Licence and FA Advanced Youth Award accredited professional who has been coaching for over 20 years.
